- The Monday Night Meditation Group offers instruction in the Buddhist practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) and serves as an introduction to the practices of awareness and compassion that are at the heart of the teachings. Appropriate for beginning and experienced students.

-Wednesdays: Insight Meditation Lunch and Learn at the Aspen Chapel. The group is guided in the practice of cultivating mindfulness and an attitude of loving-kindness through meditation and the felt senses of the body. This practice offers a respite from the pace of daily life, beginning with a 30 minute meditation, followed by a short teaching and brown bag lunch discussion, and sharing.

- Lisa Goddard founded Roaring Fork Insight to bring together teachers and practitioners of Buddhism, yoga and secular mindfulness.
Lisa has been practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga since 1999 and has been facilitating these practices since 2000. Inspired by the teachings of Richard Freeman, Jack Kornfield, Norman Fischer, Suzuki Roshi and Ajahn Chah, Lisa received training through Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, Zen Hospice Project, Mindful Schools and is a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator through UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior.
