Continuing Education class at Colorado Mountain College
Offered at the CMC Aspen and Carbondale campuses.
“Zen and the Art of Dying” teaches that the awareness of death can help us live happy, meaningful and more loving lives.
This 7 week course offers contemplative practices and tools to meet the tender work of aging, meeting death and end of life.
We explore communication, compassion and loss through experiential activities, mindfulness meditation, wisdom traditions and writing exercises.
Registration for the Fall semester will be through CMC. Choose either the Aspen or Carbondale campus and search for “zen.”
